Practice Focus

Tal routinely represents domestic and foreign clients in all areas of commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border M&As. Having extensive experience in a wide variety of technology-based transactions and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating multifaceted transactions, Tal offers his clients added value with regards to developing, maintaining, licensing and protecting their Intellectual Property assets.

Tal’s engagements involve a diverse range of technologies, including  injectable drug delivery, vital signs monitoring, interventional cardiology and other medical devices, bio-based nanotechnologies, advanced arms, flow control, recycling of domestic waste, computer software and more.

In 2006, Tal was one of a small group of Israeli attorneys invited to participate in an International Commercial Mediators and Arbitrators program, funded by the European Commission. In 2009, the Israel Bar Association appointed Tal as head of Commercial Law in the Young Attorneys Forum. Tal acted as head of Commercial Law in the Young Attorneys Forum between 2009-2012, and as part of his work with the Young Attorneys Forum Tal gave many lectures and seminars on various topics related to Commercial Law.
