Amit Ben Yehoshua Interviewed in Regards to New Corporate Regulations in China

Amit Ben-Yehoshua, Shibolet & Co.'s China partner, was interviewed in "The Marker" with regards to new Chinese legislation that will take effect in March of this year. According to the new legislation, foreign companies and individuals will be permitted to establish partnerships in China. Amit Ben-Yehoshua is an expert in Chinese law, resides in Shanghai and heads Shibolet's China practice, in cooperation with the leading Chinese firm, Da Cheng law offices, which was recently ranked as the largest law firm in Asia.
