Orit Sternhell-Zalcman represented Venture Capital Fund in an Acquisition of Kinrot Incubator which also integrated a subscription transaction of limited partnership interest in the Fund

Orit Sternhell-Zalcman, Partner at Shibolet & Co.'s corporate M&A practice, together with Adv. Hanna Yanovsky and Adv. Noa Malachi represented AquAgro Fund L.P., a venture capital fund focused in the field of Cleantech, in its acquisition of water technologies incubator, Kinrot Technology Ventures, a technological privatized incubator which is primarily dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative water and clean technology solutions and products, from Canada's Stern Partners.
Simultaneously with the above transaction, an affiliate of Stern Partners subscribed for a limited partnership interest in AquAgro Fund, L.P. in the aggregate amount of approximately US$6,000,000.
