Yaacov Yisraeli Interviewed in Regards to Directors

Yaacov Yisraeli, senior partner and head of Shibolet & Co.'s M&A practice, was interviewed in "Calcalist" as an expert in corporate law and a consultant to Directors. Yaacov Yisraeli said that in the recent years the courts adopted a policy of more strictness to Directors responsibilities. A Director can not be passive but rather Directors have to ask questions and know the company and the circumstances.
