Eran Balint Interviewed in Regards to Holding Groups

Eran Bailnt, partner and co-head of Shibolet & Co.'s real estate practice, was interviewed in "The Marker" as an expert in holding groups in an article calling for holding groups to determine the final cost on apartments. Eran Bailnt says that once this motion will be approved it might cause financial damage to holding groups.
