Shibolet & Co. was recently featured in the news for handling a high-tech acquisition. Gadi Ouzan, Partner, and attorney Keren Diner represented Camtek Ltd. in the acquisition of assets and intellectual property from Printer Ltd. at a value of 2.5 million US dollars. Camtek, which is traded on the NASDAQ and on the Tel Aviv stock exchange, provides intelligent automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
