An article featuring Senior Partner Moshe Ne'eman, head of the Securities practice group at Shibolet & Co., has been recently published. In the article, Mr. Ne'eman offers the Israeli Stock Exchange a unique solution to aid companies in minimizing their debt.  According to his proposal, companies will be able to propose to their debenture holders 
to convert bonds and debentures into shares or into other debentures by way of a special prospectus aimed only to such debenture holders.
