Lior Aviram and Ofer Manor Invited by Globes to Participate as Panilists

The ongoing difficulty to raise funds, and the credit crisis in the venture capital market has affected Israeli investors and led them to bootstarp their operations. Lior Aviram, Senior Partner and head of the high tech practice at Shibolet & Co. and Ofer Manor Partner at Shibolet & Co. appeared as panilists on a panel by Globes, one of Israels leading financial newspapers, on the topic of "Refrainment of Capital Funds to Invest in New Start Ups", and pointed out the complexity of the issue and how investors seek to establish start ups without external financing.
