Shmuel Hamou and Diana Albu Successfully Litigated Elbit Systems in Lawsuit Filed by Two Former Employees

Shmuel Hamou, Partner, and attorney Diana Albu of Shibolet & Co. represented Elbit Systems Ltd, a global defense electronic company, in a prosecution filed by two electro optic scientists working for Elbit Systems. The scientists claimed proprietary and financial rights allegedly derived from their agreements with Elbit Systems. The District Court of Tel-Aviv (Judge Drora Pilpel, Vice President) totally rejected their claim and imposed legal fees in favor of Elbit Systems Ltd.
