Partner Ofer Shapira and Associate Barak Golan represented the owner of an art gallery in a dispute regarding the ownership of a valuable piece of artwork. Tel Aviv's Magistrate Court ruled in favor of the gallery owner, granting him the right of ownership of the artwork and restoring it back to the gallery. The defendants' appeal to the Tel Aviv District Court was denied, and he was obliged to pay expenses to the gallery owner.
