Shmuel Hamou and Michal Barak Handle Real Estate Deal

Shmuel Hamou and Michal Barak, Partners at Shibolet & Co., represented the Piltz family in a real estate matter involving the selling of a residential building located at the heart of Tel Aviv's promenade. The property was sold to Omri Padan who is the franchise owner of McDonalds in Israel. The matter was valued at more than NIS 20 million.
