Shibolet’s China practice focuses on foreign  investments , corporate law, M&A, labor law, venture capital, and dispute resolution. Mr. Amit Ben-Yehoshua is Shibolet’s China partner holds a Master degree in Chinese law from Tsinghua University of Beijing and is licensed to practice law in California and Israel.
