Gadi Ouzan and Dani Rinot Handle Acquisition of AiPoint

ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CKSW), a leading provider of workforce management and service optimization solutions, acquired the assets of AiPoint, a company that develops and sells shift planning solutions, for approximately 1.5 USD million. AiPoint was represented by partner Gadi Ouzan and associate Dani Rinot, from Shibolet & Co.'s Corporate and M&A practice.
