High-Tech Practice Group Completes Three Deals Valued at USD 20 Million

Shibolet & Co.'s high-tech group has recently completed three matters that are valued to be approximately USD 20 million.
Ofer Ben-Yehuda, Partner, and associate Adva Azoulay represented CloudShare in recruiting USD 10 million from Sequoia, Charles River and Gemini Capital Venture funds. In addition Ofer Ben-Yehuda and Adva Azoulay represented Profitect in recruiting USD 5.5 million from Genesis and Cedar capital funds. The third matter involved the representation of Applisonix Ltd. (traded on TASE) in regards to the allocation of stocks and options to private investors, for an amount of USD 4 million (pending realization of all options). The matter was handled by Ofer Ben-Yehuda, partner, and associate Tali Hammerschlag from Shibolet & Co.'s high-tech group and by associate Karin Roffe from Shibolet & Co.'s capital markets group.
