Plainfield Special Situations Master Fund Ltd. and York Global Finance II Sarl sold their entire interest in Psagot Investment House Ltd., Israel's largest money management company, at a valuation in excess of NIS 3 Billion. Richard M. Roberts represented Plainfield in the transaction.
