Richard Roberts and Hanna Yanovsky Handle Acquisition of Technological Company

The senior management of Kollmorgen Servotronix Ltd. acquired full control of the Company and its sister company – Danaher Motion Israel (Servotech) Ltd. from Kollmorgen Asia Investment Company and Kollmorgen Overseas Development Corporation. Richard M. Roberts and Hanna Yanovsky represented the management team. The name of the acquired companies will be changed to Servotronix Motion Control Ltd. and Servotronix Motion Systems Ltd. The companies develop, manufacture and market motion control systems and products.
