Helena Beilin and Amir Fisher Handle Acquisition of a Spanish Company by Arad Ltd.

Helena Beilin and Amir Fisher represented Arad Ltd., an Israeli company specializing in water technologies, in relation to acquiring control of the Spanish company Contadores de Agua de Zaragoza S.A, with a call option to purchase the reminder of stocks in the future. Arad purchased 51 percent of the shares at EURO 8 million.
