Shibolet & Co. Represented High-Tech Group in Private Placement

Senior partner Lior Aviram, head of Shibolet & Co.'s high-tech practice, along with attorneys Eyal Mizrachi and Shelly Blatt-Zak, of Shibolet & Co.'s capital markets and high-tech practices, represented Priortech Group Ltd. in relation to selling shares to Migdal Inssurance Company Ltd. for the amount of USD 4 million. In addition the matter entitled options in Camtek Ltd., Priotech's subsidiary company. Priortech Group provides the global high-tech electronics production industries with capital equipment, technologies, and manufacturing services.
