Helena’s broad legal career began at the District Attorney’s office where she spent several years, handling many sophisticated legal matters. Subsequently, Helena was offered an appointment as a Judge, which she turned down to move into private practice.
Helena represents Israeli and foreign clients in corporate and commercial, litigation, intellectual property, telecommunications, tenders and regulation, infrastructure, M&A, technology protection and privatization. Helena also represents public and private companies, as well as government owned companies, in complex international corporate transactions and major energy projects. Helena further specializes in large scale tenders, including with regard to infrastructure.
Helena is known for her extensive background and expertise in regulatory matters and is well accustomed to dealing with and interacting with the government, its agencies and various Israeli authorities.
