Omer is the Head of the China Practice group at the firm and leads the investments, M&A and R&D operations of the firm’s Chinese technology, financial and infrastructure clients.
Omer has been practicing Hi-tech, VC, PE, JV and M&A law for more than 25 years and has represented some of the most successful start-ups in Israel.
Omer represents clients across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, Agritech and Foodtech, TMT, cyber security, automotive tech, software, semi-conductors and green technologies.
For Omer, the important basis for a successful client relationship is trust, integrity and curiosity. Omer loves his work for the opportunity he gets to team with his clients at the negotiation table, and being able to find the solution enabling a transaction everybody wants and sometimes seemed impossible.

- Represented Riverwood Capital (SV PE) in the acquisition of SintecMedia, a global broadcasting software company, in a reverse triangular merger ;
- Represented Simbionix USA Corp., a non-invasive therapy simulation company, in its sale to 3DS ;
- Represented Novatrans Group SA, an Israeli semiconductor company, in relation to a USD 40 million fundraise from Goldman Sachs and others;
- Incorporated Bridge Ohio Israel VC, and represents the company with respect to all its investment transactions in Israeli life sciences companies.
