Nati Agmon is a distinguished partner in the litigation department, bringing over two decades of rich experience to the table. His expertise lies in commercial litigation and conflict resolution, where he adeptly represents various clients, including commercial enterprises, governmental agencies, and public authorities. Nati’s proficiency extends across the spectrum of legal instances, including complex legal proceedings at all judicial levels, arbitrations, and mediations, and spans the breadth of commercial and administrative law. His specific focus areas encompass class action lawsuits, shareholder disputes, contractual issues, media and communications, and advocating in the Supreme Court and through administrative petitions.

Academically, Nati is well-grounded with a Law degree (LL.B) with distinction from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution. Some of the significant and complex cases Nati has successfully navigated in recent years include:

  • Defending Mifal HaPais (The National Lottery) in numerous class action suits and High Court petitions.
  • Representing K.S.P., a leading computer and retail chain, and iDigital in a substantial number of class actions.
  • Advocating for government entities such as Netivei Israel Israel Ports Authority, and the Nature and Parks Authority in a wide array of civil and administrative proceedings.
  • Representing Ceragon Networks in a class action involving misleading information in a prospectus and the application of the American Safe Harbor law.
  • Pioneering a landmark case for a shareholder in a tech venture, addressing the misappropriation of business opportunities, a case that set a precedent and received extensive financial press coverage (Case No. TA 29021-08-20 Matan Tzur v. Empirical Hair Ltd.).
  • Leading the U-Trend investor group in a groundbreaking financial lawsuit focused on recognizing U.S. litigation management expenses as compensable damages for misusing legal process cases.
  • Representing James Richardson in a series of class actions.
  • Engaging in numerous petitions to the High Court of Justice, including HCJ 1182/20 Adrei v. Minister of Justice and Prime Minister.
