Shelly is a partner who specializes in capital markets, securities and corporate law, with particular expertise in companies listed on NASDAQ and dual-listed NASDAQ and TASE companies.
Shelly assists clients in their day-to-day commercial activities involving various aspects of corporate and securities laws; she regularly acts for senior managements, boards of directors, board committees and shareholders of public companies traded on Nasdaq, TASE, or both.
Shelly has gained vast experience in dealing with various matters associated with corporate law and corporate governance, both in Israel and the US, including compliance plans and compensation policies, and regularly advises with respect to compensation-related issues, interested parties transactions, planning and defending against shareholders’ activism etc.
Shelly also has extensive and diverse experience in various areas of capital markets and securities activities, such as IPO’s, secondary public offerings (including shelf offerings) and private offerings. She also regularly liaises with the Israel Securities Authority and other authorities, including a strong background in US Securities law and issues relating to SEC activities.
Shelly also heads the Equity Compensation Department at Shibolet and specializes in all aspects of stock options and other incentive alternatives, providing drafting, consulting and operating services of a variety of equity incentive arrangements for founders, employees, office holders and consultants of domestic and international, private and public companies.

Shelly loves to practice Yoga and to dance, she is a student at the Women and Gender Program – M.A., at the Tel-Aviv University, and volunteers as a mentor in Mechinat Erez – a pre-military college for youth at risk.
