A clash between the world’s largest technology company, Apple, and Australia’s big banks, caused significant damage to Israeli fintech company PayKey.

Attorney Liat Vigdor, partner and Head of the Australian desk at Shibolet & Co., discussed the incident this morning, in an interview to TheMarker, and said that “Since the launch of the first iPhone, there has been bad blood between the banking system and Apple.”
