Jonathan Neumann represented The Trendlines Group, an innovation commercialization company and the only Israeli company listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), in a private placement, in which Librae Holdings Limited, a company related to Mr. Vincent Tchenguiz, will invest $8 million in Trendlines.

Partners Amir Shachar, Orit Hollander, Ofer Larisch and Associates Efrat Dayagi and Gil Omer represented Bitfarms Ltd, one of the largest blockchain technology companies in the world, in a share swap agreement through an arrangement in court in accordance with section 350 of the Companies Law. The transaction will result in the conversion of Bitfarms into a private company and the continuation of its activity in the framework of a Canadian public company traded on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada following a non-offering prospectus.
