Ayala’s expertise is in claims representation, as well as accompanying negotiations and mediation in corporate governance and shareholders’ disputes, contract law, class actions, administrative law, international arbitrations and Supreme Court petitions.

- Ayala mentors teenagers in Shibolet’s volunteer project, introducing legal discipline and conducting mock trials.
- While achieving her law degree, Ayala participated in the Students Honor Program, the Freedom of Information Law in Practice (Clinic Course), was an editorial member and team leader at “the Praklit” (BAR law-journal), and made the Dean’s List three years in a row.
