Efrat is an advocate in the commercial department, practicing in all areas of capital markets, with an emphasis on transactions and regulatory matters of publicly-traded companies in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, including IPO’s and secondary and private offerings.
Efrat provides ongoing counsel to public and private companies in Israel and abroad, including with regard to corporate governance, general corporate law, M&A transactions and public tenders.
Efrat represents clients across a broad range of industry sectors, such as, retail, media & telecommunications, high-tech, infrastructure and government.
Efrat also advises clients on corporate social responsibility, ESG (Environment; Social, Governance) and impact investment matters.
Together with the day-to-day work, Efrat promotes the firm’s marketing and business development activities, including establishing and developing the community of Shibolet’s alumni attorneys.

- During her military service, Efrat served in unit 8200 as an Arabic translator.
- In addition to her legal career, Efrat devotes her time to social entrepreneurship. In 2015, Efrat joined 8200 Alumni Association as the manager of the array of the Association’s volunteers varied activities. In addition, Efrat initiated, co-founded and developed “Woman2Woman” Community and Mentoring Program as part of the 8200 Alumni Association, with the vision of leading change in Israeli society by creating value for young talented women.
