Jonathan practices corporate and commercial law and has diverse cross-border transnational and corporate counseling experience with a specialization in complex licensing and technology transfer transactions.
An expert on complex licensing and technology matters throughout a broad range of industries with a particular emphasis on technology, software, life sciences, pharma, biotechnology, healthcare, and cyber-technology. Jonathan routinely represents domestic and foreign clients in all areas of corporate and commercial law with particular expertise in general corporate law, M&A, technology and venture capital (with an emphasis on high-growth and emerging companies), financing, fund formation, intellectual property licensing, joint ventures and strategic collaborations as well as other related commercial matters.
Jonathan advises his clients from the initial formation and early-stage fundraising through later-stage venture capital and private equity financings to IPOs and follow-on offerings and debt financings. He also advises private equity, venture capitalists and angel investors in connection with their investments.
