Omer is a partner in the High Tech practice at Shibolet and the Head of the China practice group at the firm. He leads the investments, M&A and R&D operations of the firm’s Chinese technology, financial and infrastructure clients.
Omer has been practicing Hi-tech, VC, PE, JV and M&A law for more than 25 years and has represented some of the most successful start-ups in Israel.
Omer represents clients across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, Agritech and Foodtech, TMT, cybersecurity, automotive tech, software, semi-conductors, and green technologies.
For Omer, the important basis for a successful client relationship is trust, integrity, and curiosity. Omer loves his work for the opportunity he gets to team with his clients at the negotiation table, and being able to find the solution enabling a transaction everybody wants and sometimes seemed impossible.
