Legal Marketing & Business Development Position

Shibolet’s Marketing and Business Development Department is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to take on a broad role involving marketing initiatives, partnership management, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and business partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s activities, practice areas, and marketing needs
  • Plan, produce, and manage both digital and in-person events
  • Manage and operate various marketing channels (digital, email marketing, social media, etc.)
  • Work with AI tools for marketing, content creation, and automation
  • Create and manage marketing, professional, and brand content
  • Work with marketing systems and tools (including mailing systems and CRM platforms)
  • Draft and distribute memos, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns
  • Initiate new ideas and content to promote the firm’s activities

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing – חובה (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with the business world and strong marketing understanding
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce – significant advantage
  • High level of proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking
