Shibolet’s Marketing and Business Development Department is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to take on a broad role involving marketing initiatives, partnership management, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and business partners
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s activities, practice areas, and marketing needs
- Plan, produce, and manage both digital and in-person events
- Manage and operate various marketing channels (digital, email marketing, social media, etc.)
- Work with AI tools for marketing, content creation, and automation
- Create and manage marketing, professional, and brand content
- Work with marketing systems and tools (including mailing systems and CRM platforms)
- Draft and distribute memos, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns
- Initiate new ideas and content to promote the firm’s activities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing – חובה (mandatory)
- Familiarity with the business world and strong marketing understanding
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce – significant advantage
- High level of proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
