Limor Peled practices general corporate law and commercial law. Limor represents clients in a broad range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions and has handled numerous complex cross-border M&A deals, private placements, venture capital and strategic investments and financing, technology and intellectual property transactions, representing both Israeli and foreign entities. Limor represents investors or acquirers as well as investee and target companies and acts as legal counsel to clients in all phases of corporate growth from inception to exit across a broad spectrum of industries.
