Avital has been a lawyer since 2008 and possesses numerous skills that constitute a significant cornerstone in her work at the firm. Among other things, she has experience in leveraging relationships and leading collaborations, in developing business branding, in streamlining work processes, in building strategic management and marketing plans, in initiating and managing unique and complex projects, and she has high organizational and operational capabilities.
At the firm, Avital leads, among other things, the promotion of collaborations with various entities, through organizing focused meetings alongside large-scale conferences on diverse platforms, and increasing exposure to relevant target audiences. Over the past two decades Avital, accumulated extensive experience, when she served in significant and influential positions, as a senior advisor to Court’s Directory and as CEO of the Israel Bar Association (central District). Avital also had an integral part in the establishment of the new district of the Israel Bar Association between 2015-2019. Avital was also devoted to academic development where she initiated, planned and led professional conferences, study days, and training courses in various areas of law.
