Sharon is a lawyer in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal practice and has a decade of experience in the field of real estate and urban renewal.
Sharon holds an LL.B. from the Academic College in Netanya and is studying for a Master’s degree in Commercial Law (LL.M.) at Tel Aviv University.
Sharon began his career in 2016 when he interned in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department at one of the leading boutique law firms in the country. Later, after completing his internship, Sharon worked as a lawyer in leading law firms (TIER 1) and gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of real estate, with an emphasis on urban renewal.
Sharon assists entrepreneurs and landowners in real estate projects, including urban renewal projects. Among other things, Sharon assists with huge projects, complex transactions, and luxury projects. In doing so, he excels in the entire real estate legal field, starting with due diligence (DD), formulating and drafting detailed agreements, managing negotiations with banks and financial institutions for financial financing and providing credit in the amount of hundreds millions and billions of shekels, as well as managing the interface with planning authorities and land registration bureaus.
Among the clients in the cases that Sharon has handled and is handling in the past and present are some of the largest real estate companies in the Israeli economy, some of which are traded on the Israel Stock Exchange.
