Karen Michelson is a Partner in the firm’s High-Tech and Commercial Departments and is based in the United States.
Karen has over ten years of experience in the United States, during which she has represented Israeli and international companies across a broad range of matters, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, complex commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and legal risk management. She also advises technology companies, investors, and entrepreneurs throughout the full lifecycle of a company.
Prior to joining the firm, Karen worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of an international law firm in New York, where she was involved in significant cross-border transactions. In addition, she served as in-house counsel, providing ongoing legal and strategic support to her clients. Karen focuses on advising Israeli companies on the establishment and expansion of their operations in the United States, including the formation of subsidiaries, structuring of international corporate frameworks, corporate governance matters, and commercial operations. She also represents technology companies and startups in commercial engagements, capital raising transactions, and relationships with strategic customers and business partners.
