Alon Anava is a partner in Shibolet’s Capital Markets and Financial Regulation Department.
Alon advises public and private companies on a broad range of financing and investment transactions, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex matters relating to capital markets, corporate law, and financial regulation.
As part of his practice, Alon regularly advises public companies and reporting corporations on all aspects of corporate governance, securities law, and disclosure obligations, and provides counsel in connection with public and private offerings, tender offers, delistings, strategic transactions, and dealings with regulatory authorities.
Alon has unique expertise in the fields of fintech and financial regulation. He advises regulated entities and financial technology companies on a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters, including licensing proceedings before the Israel Securities Authority, as well as the operation of trading platforms and crowdfunding platforms.
In addition, Alon advises and represents clients in commercial transactions and a wide range of commercial agreements, including investment agreements, shareholders agreements, founders agreements, cooperation agreements, and strategic agreements.
