Inbar is a partner in the High-Tech Department and a member of the department’s Investment & Venture Capital Funds team. Her practice concentrates primarily on private equity and venture capital funds, specializing in all aspects of fund formation, structuring, and ongoing fund representation. She routinely advises fund sponsors and managers throughout the fund lifecycle, from structural design and drafting primary fund documentation to capital calls, distributions, ongoing governance, and investor relations, across both domestic and offshore frameworks.
In addition, Inbar represents a diverse group of investors, including institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel groups, in evaluating and executing investments in private investment funds, parallel fund structures, and targeted investor clubs.
While her current practice is dedicated to investment funds, Inbar brings extensive experience in the broader Israeli and international technology landscape. Over the years, she has represented founders, startups, and investors in complex venture capital financing rounds, cross-border M&A transactions, and strategic commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Shibolet & Co., Inbar served as a partner in the Corporate and Investment Funds practice at Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz.
Inbar holds an LL.M. and an LL.B., both with honors, from Tel Aviv University, as well as a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Her combined legal and engineering expertise provides clients with a distinctive advantage in navigating high-tech transactions and complex business environments.
