Pninit is a Partner in the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Department.
With over 20 years of experience, Pninit specializes in employment and labor law, advising and representing leading Israeli and international companies on a broad range of complex and strategic employment matters. She represents clients in complex employment disputes before all judicial instances, as well as in proceedings before governmental and regulatory authorities, including the Commissioner under the Women’s Employment Law, the Employment Committee and the Ministry of Labor. She also provides ongoing, strategic counsel to companies and management on all aspects of employment law.
Pninit has extensive experience in complex employment litigation and in advising clients on workforce reductions, terminations, disciplinary proceedings, executive employment and compensation, employee relations, and sensitive workplace matters, including investigations concerning allegations of sexual harassment and workplace bullying and abuse.
Her practice also includes advising on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring processes, including workforce transitions and other employment-related matters arising in corporate transactions.
