| Tom is an associate in the firm’s High Tech and Venture Capital Department and specializes in corporate and commercial law. Tom leads and represents international and local clients, from a seed stage to matured and publicly traded companies, in a wide variety of transactions and agreements on the commercial-corporate spectrum, while also providing his clients with an ongoing legal advice on their business and strategic activities. Tom has a diverse experience in investment and equity financing transactions, M&A, venture capital, Software as a Services (SaaS) agreements, license, distribution, and other commercial collaborations across a broad range of Hi-Tech sectors, including Software, Agricultural Technology and Industry. |

As of 2006 Tom is training a basketball team composed of people with disabilities (wheelchair basketball) at the “Ilan Ramat Gan Sports Center for the Disabled”.
During his studies in the Tel Aviv University Tom participated in the “Buddies” program for mentoring fellowship for exchange students in Israel.
