Information Collected, How We Collect Your Information, and How We Use It
When accessing and using the Website and/or our Website Services, we may collect two types of information from you:
“Non-Personal Information” – information that, by itself, does not enable, directly and/or indirectly, identification of you. This information is anonymous data not attributed to you and/or your device, as well as statistical and aggregated information. For example: device type, browser type, operating system, language, and statistical information related to the scope of Website use, including date and time of use, duration of use, frequency of use, usage history, pages viewed, including pages that referred users to the Website. This information is used mainly to operate and secure the Website, analyze trends, improve the Website, its content and user experience, for internal statistics and analytics, and to improve our marketing efforts; however, subject to applicable law, we may collect and use Non-Personal Information for any purpose.
“Personal Information” – information relating to an identified person or a person who can be identified with reasonable effort, directly or indirectly. Personal Information may include information that identifies you personally, such as your name, email address, phone number, etc. This is the information you knowingly provide, with your consent, in order to receive information and services presented on our Website. Personal Information may also include information that does not directly identify you, such as online identifiers transmitted from your device and/or browser.
We collect Personal Information when such information is provided directly by the User and/or automatically through the use of technologies such as cookies and/or other technological tools.
We collect different types of Personal Information depending on your use of the Website and/or the Website Services and for the purposes set forth below:

User registration and/or consent to be registered to Shibolet’s mailing list constitutes the User’s consent to receive marketing communications from Shibolet through various media (including email and/or SMS and/or telephone), including messages that meet the definition of an “advertisement” and/or “direct mailing” (i.e., personalized to the User based on affiliation with a certain population group). We will use the above information to send you the mailings, information and marketing materials you requested as part of the subscription. You may request removal from our mailing list at any time by using the “unsubscribe” option included in each marketing message and/or by contacting us.
- Information collected when using Website Services to submit a request, generate documents and/or pay fees and/or handling fees for registrations and/or notes and transfer of rights in real estate projects in which Shibolet provides services to project developers: If you wish to use such services, we will collect information relevant for generating the document and/or performing the requested actions, such as the relevant project name, apartment number, building number, name and contact details. In addition, to make a payment through the Website, you will be asked to provide information such as full name, address, phone number and email address. The User will also be required to enter payment details/methods; however, it is clarified that such information will be provided directly to the clearing service provider used, and Shibolet does not collect the User’s full payment method details. In addition, we will collect information about completed actions and information about actions not completed within the Website Services (e.g., services in a shopping cart, etc.). Shibolet will use this information in order to provide the service you requested, process your order, perform the ordering process including collecting payment and keeping records. In addition, Shibolet may use the information to contact you regarding your order and enable reuse in connection with actions not completed.

Shibolet collects the Online Identifiers and Usage Data directly or by using technological tools of service providers and/or other third parties (such as cookies, as detailed in this Privacy Policy). Shibolet will use the Online Identifiers and Usage Data for various purposes, as follows: operating and securing the Website; troubleshooting and error detection; statistical analyses including usage patterns to improve the Website, Website Services, content and user experience; personalization of content and/or offers displayed to the User; storing User preferences (e.g., saving a shopping cart); advertising and marketing of the Website, including targeted advertising (as detailed under “Use of Cookies and Other Technologies” in this Privacy Policy); and analyzing the effectiveness and performance of our advertising activities.

Shibolet will use the information to assess your suitability for the position for which you applied and to contact you in connection with your application. Also, subject to applicable law, the firm may retain the information and use it after the recruitment process ends for the purpose of assessing your suitability for future positions and contacting you regarding the same, as well as for record-keeping in case you contact us in the future.
In addition to the purposes above, Shibolet may retain the Personal Information described above and use it for compliance with and/or documentation of its legal obligations, the prevention of illegal activity and/or violation of the Website Terms of Use and/or misuse of the Website Services, and, as required, in the event of disputes and/or claims by users.
