Shai is an attorney in the Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation Department.
Shai specializes in representing Israeli and foreign companies and individuals in commercial, administrative, and labor law disputes. Throughout her years of practice, Shai has represented clients before various judicial forums, including courts, labor tribunals, and arbitration and mediation proceedings. Shai has extensive business and managerial experience in economics, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing. This background enables her to formulate legal strategies with a deep understanding of her clients’ business and economic needs. Shai also serves as a mediator in civil and commercial cases.
