Shir provides general corporate counseling to startups and high-tech companies, both Israeli and international, at various stages in their lives. Shir specializes in corporate law, commercial law and financing, and is experienced in negotiating commercial transactions.
Shir has specific expertise in equity compensation plans, and she provides counseling on all aspects of equity incentives to private and public companies, as well as founders and executive employees.
