Yonatan specializes in the areas of capital markets and securities, corporate law and commercial law. As part of his work, he accompanies companies in initial public offerings (IPO) in Israel and abroad, capital and debt raising, debt arrangements, private placements, tender offers, various capital market transactions and mergers.
Additionally, Yonatan provides ongoing legal advice to public and private companies, boards of directors and their committees on various issues in corporate and securities law, including aspects of corporate governance, related party transactions and regulatory reporting obligations.
