Yosef advises on regulatory strategy, licensing, and compliance frameworks, support cross-border transactions, assist with regulatory considerations regarding M&A and commercial agreements, and engage with both Israeli and international regulators.
Yosef’s background includes prior work in the public sector in the fields of public international law, private international law, the law of armed conflict, and foreign litigation.
