(“Shibolet”, “we” or “us”).

These Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may be presented on the Website, are part of these Terms of Use, and constitute a binding and enforceable legal agreement between the users of the Website (“User(s)” or “you”) and Shibolet. The Terms of Use are drafted in the masculine gender for convenience only, and they apply equally to any gender. All that is stated in these Terms of Use in the singular shall also imply the plural.
