Dror Harpaz, Shir Hai Talmon, and Kfir Gros successfully represented Ar Tochna Ltd. in a motion for a temporary injunction against two registered Chinese companies, Shenzhen Karim Rashid Design Co., Ltd. and I-Kreate by Karim Limited, concerning alleged breaches of collaboration agreements.
The dispute involves sales of AI-powered design tools and products, with projected sales exceeding 100 million dollars. The lawsuit centers around claims of unilateral termination of the partnership, attempts to bypass Ar Tochna’s rights and use its registered IP in an independent manner, as well as use of proprietary content in a competing platform.
Following a hearing in which both parties presented their positions, the Tel Aviv District Court (Judge Ariel Cimmerman) accepted our client’s position and issued an injunction preventing any further commercial activity by the respondents until a final judgment is rendered on the merits.
