Omer Segev is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice, working closely with the team and supporting clients on a wide range of competition law matters. His work includes advising on transactions and joint ventures from a competition perspective, conducting competition-focused due diligence, reviewing and structuring commercial agreements (including distribution, agency and franchise arrangements), and providing ongoing regulatory guidance.
In addition to his competition practice, Omer advises companies on broader commercial and contracting matters, and draws on several years of litigation experience to support clients in disputes and proceedings related to his areas of practice.
