Inessa is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice, focusing on financial regulation.
Inessa advises investment houses, trading platforms, foreign banks, fintech companies, and other financial entities on a wide range of legal matters, including securities regulation, open banking, licensing processes, and ongoing regulation compliance.
Inessa also brings prior professional experience advising private clients with respect to asset structuring, international tax planning, and succession planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Inessa practiced law for over eight years and is a qualified lawyer in Russia. She works fluently in Hebrew, English, and Russian.
