Ofer Ben Yehuda, Chen Nissim, Shani Michaeli, and Basma Saada, with the assistance of Tal Karplus and Dorit Rahamim, represented Phytolon Ltd., a biotechnology company developing fermentation-based natural color solutions, in its Series B financing round, for a total amount of up to USD 25 million.
The transaction included the conversion of SAFEs in an amount of approximately USD 10 million. The round was led by a strategic investor, alongside existing investors, including NextGen Nutrition Investment Partners (NGN), Millennium Food-Tech, Colorcon, Yossi Ackerman, and others.
