Itay Kellner, Uri Haubenstock and Inbal Rubinstein, with the assistance of Keren Maimon-Sandler and Omer Elisha, represented Natun IFM in an investment transaction under which Discount Capital invested around NIS 40 million in exchange for an allocation of shares representing 20% of Natun IFM’s equity.
