Adam Segev

Adam Segev is a legal intern in the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Department and its Banking and Finance, Project Finance and Credit Insurance Department. In the course of his work, Adam takes part in providing ongoing legal advice to Israeli and international clients in the energy, infrastructure and finance sectors, as well as in connection with commercial engagements and financing transactions, including project finance transactions.

His work involves addressing the legal and commercial aspects of these transactions, including matters relating to financing terms, securities , legal documentation and relevant financial and energy regulatory considerations.
